Refunds and Replacements

Bringing high-quality merch products to our holders is our main goal! All products are unique and are made to order. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color.
  • You had a change of mind.
  • You have entered the incorrect shipping details resulting the package to get lost or get returned.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery. We would require the following in order to investigate the issue further:

  • A photo of the damaged product showing the details of the damage
  • A photo of the shipping label (if still available)
  • A photo showing the front and back designs.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
